Officer Frauenberger's testimony appears credible, which supports my assessment that Jay Hastings, Joe Many, and—indeed—Yoko Ono were complicit in the murder of John Lennon.
If both Hastings and Joseph Many were involved, as opposed to just one of them, I'd expect them to get their story straight, not have one contradicting the other and raising suspicion. Many seems to be throwing Hastings under the bus in that regard.
I guess it's possible Yoko was there initially but was freaking out so much that somebody felt it would be best to remove her from the situation, or she needed to throw up, just before the cops walked in.

I don't think they were just complicit. I think one of them held the smoking gun (not Yoko obviously).
